Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and if you'd like to process a return, please contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Form by sending us a message to get started.
Returns typically take 2-3 weeks to receive and process. Once we receive your item along with the Return Authorization Form, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the amount of days specified on your card issuer's policies.
